减肥减肥


减肥减肥怎么减好像都已经极限虽然假期有一个星期瘦一公斤不过现在来到宿舍没有体重计,也不知道现在是胖了还是瘦了。也有的时候,忍着忍着受不了又跑去煮面吃,吃了后超后悔。

一开始一天一餐就是午餐偶尔晚餐偶尔宵夜,可是换成现在一天可只吃4粒苹果4包饼干,4粒蛋4包饼干,饿了就喝水。日记打着打着,手好像在抖。
希望接下来一个星期能够顺利,成功了花也许就结束减肥了。
